Delete your Carrom Clash account
You can delete your Carrom Clash account and the data linked to it at any time — instantly in the app, or by email. Carrom Clash is developed by Tanvir Mahin.

Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open Carrom Clash.
- On the home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and permanently. This can’t be undone. The same steps work in the browser version at /play/.
Within 30 days
Option 2: Ask us by email
Prefer email, or no longer have the app? Send us a message:
- To: tanvirmahin24@gmail.com
- Subject: Delete my account
- Include: your Player ID, shown in Settings (for example, #123). If you no longer have the app, include your nickname and the approximate date you last played instead.
We’ll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by replying to your email.
What gets deleted
- Your nickname and avatar
- Your Player ID
- The hash of your access token
- All your match records and stats — your entries also disappear from other players’ match history
- Your friends list, friend requests and blocks — you also disappear from your friends’ lists
What we keep
Nothing tied to your account. Standard infrastructure logs kept by our hosting provider expire on their own within about 30 days.
