Terms of Service

1. Accepting these Terms

By installing, accessing or playing Carrom Clash, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to use Carrom Clash — or older, if the age of digital consent in your country is higher than 13.

3. Your account

• Carrom Clash uses guest accounts. There’s no email or password: your account is tied to a secret access token stored on your device (or in your browser, if you play at /play/).
• If you clear the app’s data, uninstall the app or clear your browser’s storage, the token is removed and you will lose access to your account.
• Losing access doesn’t delete your data from our servers. To remove it, see Delete your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your device secure.

4. Play fair

When you use Carrom Clash, you agree not to:

• use a nickname that is offensive, hateful or sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else;
• cheat, or exploit bugs or glitches;
• use bots, scripts or other automation against the service (playing against the in-game practice bots is, of course, fine);
• harass, bully or abuse other players, including by spamming friend requests or game invites; or
• attack, disrupt or overload the service, or try to access accounts, servers or data that aren’t yours.

5. Power-ups, scores and stats

Power-ups, scores, stats and anything else you earn in Carrom Clash exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value and can’t be sold, traded or exchanged for money or anything else. There is nothing to buy: Carrom Clash has no purchases.

6. The service

• We provide Carrom Clash “as is” and “as available”.
• We may change, add or remove features — including power-ups and game rules — at any time.
• The service may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or updates, or because of problems outside our control.
• Live game rooms may reset during server restarts, which can end matches in progress.

7. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
• You can stop playing at any time and delete your account whenever you like — in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by email (see Delete your account).
• Sections 5, 8, 9 and 10 continue to apply after your account is deleted or terminated.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carrom Clash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that your stats and match history will always be preserved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanvir Mahin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, game progress, profits or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — Carrom Clash.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll make reasonable efforts to let you know, for example with a notice in the game. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
